and municipalities, name in katakana syllables, with provision for
manuscript date entry and strike of personal seal of censor.

Censored by "SUMITANI" commercial cover with 25c Provisionals for quintuple interior rate.

A certain Sergeant Major Sumitani Yoshiaki of the Iloilo Kempei Buntai was tried, 
convicted and sentenced to death and hanged as a war criminal by the War Crimes
Commission after the liberation of the Philippines.
