Mentioned by Juan Mencarini in his 1896 catalogue published in Manila.
Its use never authorized because the very small "0" in "10" (Cuartos).

Without authorization several copies were put on sale.

About 16 copies known to exisit: largest multiple in block of 6,
three pairs, three singles and a used copy on piece.
